In John 3:3 it says ” Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
If you are born again you have the right to see the Kingdom of God. One thing we must do with this gift especially as prophets and seers is mature our selves just because we see or hear does not mean we have the right to share.
Growing up my parents always had a rule and taught me what was family business and done in our home was our business. In other words dont go telling everyone our secret business.
We must learn that as Jesus said ” Then Jesus said to them, “When you lift up the Son of Man, then you will know that I am He, and that I do nothing of Myself; but as My Father taught Me, I speak these things.” John 8:28
We have a responsibility to hold dear the secrets and mysteries God trusts us enough to reveal to us. Amos 3:7 ” Surely the Lord God does nothing, Unless He reveals His secret to His servants the prophets.”
I was shown a familiar verse and in normal context we take the advice to mean between us brothers and sisters but Holy Spirit showed me this is sound wisdom even with the Father be quick to listen and slow to speak.
“So then, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath; for the wrath of man does not produce the righteousness of God.”
James 1:19-20 NKJV
There will be a time for us to share but until that time we must hold the words close and pray over them and seek the Fathers heart on the situation. Sure there are times when the Father wants quick release for a purpose but we must learn to operate on His time and not our own.
How will you steward what the Father entrusts you with? If He can trust you it will blow your mind at what He will show and share with you. Spend time cultivating your relationship and trust with the Father.. the gift will cultivate in the process.
“A man’s gift makes room for him, And brings him before great men.”
Proverbs 18:16 NKJV
“But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.”
Matthew 6:33 NKJV
“But Jesus didn’t trust them, because he knew all about people. No one needed to tell him about human nature, for he knew what was in each person’s heart.”
John 2:24-25 NLT
As we learn to seek the Fathers presence and His word and how to walk with God much like the greats of the Bible.. I’m reminded of Elijah and also Enoch. We see the discipline of Elijah and Elisha to walk with the Lord .. Enochs story isn’t told in the Bible but it does say about him, what was noted most was He walked with God … that showed his discipline he wasnt going around telling everyone he just walked with God and people noticed. He was one of the most powerful Seer prophets he prophesied things 1000s of years out in the future. That is alot of mystery and secrets revealed to him,
“Now Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied about these men also, saying, “Behold, the Lord comes with ten thousands of His saints, to execute judgment on all, to convict all who are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have committed in an ungodly way, and of all the harsh things which ungodly sinners have spoken against Him.”
Jude 1:14-15 NKJV
but how? He walked with God closely and daily it was his lifestyle.
“And Enoch walked with God; and he was not, for God took him.”
Genesis 5:24 NKJV
We also see that God took Enoch in Hebrews it tells us it was because Enochs faith was so great! But is also shows that without faith it is impossible to please God.
And that God is a rewarder of those that diligently seek Him! Enochs Faith and walk was so in tune with God that He was rewarded by getting taken and never seeing death. He was 7th from Adam this was a time that was pre law and pre Christ and he still walked with God and in such a great measure of faith.
“By faith Enoch was taken away so that he did not see death, “and was not found, because God had taken him”; for before he was taken he had this testimony, that he pleased God. But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”
Hebrews 11:5-6 NKJV
We also know that faith requires action on our part we must believe in such a way that we begin to walk it out.
“For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.”
James 2:26 NKJV
